Pure Yoga – Unite Your Mind And Body!

While in recent years Yoga has become a synonym for not more than a few exercises, which are also responsible for keeping the body in shape and sufficiently flexible, yoga goes far beyond, and is actually more a kind of life than just a couple of "asanas".
